How it works:

Hiring a consultant doesn’t need to be a financially onerous commitment. We can provide on site or on site consulting services on a flexible basis for a reasonable fee. Mary Keily has finely honed technical, management and organizational skills that can be deployed to assist you and your organization with issues and problems that may arise. These skills will be of tremendous value to a range of projects, particularly those with an operational focus within the funds and financial services industries.

Examples of available services:

Relevant examples include system implementations, procedures manuals, changes of service provider, reorganizations, restructurings, fund launches, and fund terminations.

Indicative Fee:

Fees vary depending on the nature and duration of the project. Typical fees range from €200 to €300 per hour, or daily on site rates of €1,000 to €1,500 per day. Retainer fee arrangements are also available.
