Coaching

How it works:

We can provide on or off site specialised coaching in all areas of investment funds financial reporting, investment fund valuations procedures and best practice, management of financial reporting teams and management of operational areas. This service can be provided to individuals or small groups, and can be particularly useful for recently promoted managers or recent hires from outside of the investment funds industry. Coaching can also be provided to promote knowledge and understanding of the investment funds industry, of financial instruments and of accounting and regulatory requirements.

Examples of coaching assistance:

Individual training in respect of accounting, financial instruments, derivatives or investment funds

Assistance with interpreting financial statements and board papers

Indicative Fee:

Fees vary depending on the nature of the assignment. The initial consultation is free, and fees are charged at €200 per hour thereafter. Alternatively a coaching package may be purchased for €1,000. The coaching package includes two meetings or calls, and one days follow up or research work in between the meetings.
