How it works:

Mary Keily has extensive experience from both a “big 4” audit firm perspective and from a fund administration and financial reporting perspective. This puts her in a unique position to assist in the audit process, in terms of managing the process from a client or administrator perspective and resolving issues and problems that arise. Mary can facilitate the smooth running of the audit and ensure that deadlines are met and client requirements are satisfied.

Examples of available services:

Assistance with scheduling and planning, dealing with audit queries, dealing with financial statements and accounting queries, negotiating audit fees and audit fee overruns.

Indicative Fee:

Fees vary depending on the nature and duration of the project. Typical fees range from €200 to €300 per hour, or daily on site rates of €1,000 to €1,500 per day. Retainer fee arrangements are also available.
