Who we are

Mary Keily is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and has worked in the funds industry since 1992. She has held a number of senior positions in fund administration and in professional services, and has an unrivalled range and depth of industry knowledge and experience. The positions she held required her to develop very strong people management, client relationship, and organisational skills, in addition to her technical skills. During her time in industry she gained extensive operational experience, which included Financial reporting, Valuations/NAV calculation, Cash management,  Expense control, Credit analysis, Training, New business launches, Fund liquidations,  and System implementations. During her time in professional services, Mary further enhanced her skills in audit, accounting standard review and implementation and financial statements review. Mary has worked with AIB Fund Management (now BNY), Pioneer Investment Management Limited, Bank of Bermuda (now HSBC) and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mary lectures on the CPD program for Chartered Accountants Ireland, and is a partner in IFSC Seminars, a dedicated financial services training provider.  Mary specializes in the funds industry and in interpreting accounting standards and financial instruments.

We are an established provider of a range of services to companies and individuals who need practical, expert and cost effective assistance with accounting, financial instruments and fund administration. We provide consulting and training services to fund administrators, fund managers and fund auditors. We also assist the wider accounting community in interpreting and unraveling accounting, financial instrument and financial services related issues.  We help you to understand clearly and to do things better.
